How long does shipping take?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. But you will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our doorstep!

How do I return an item?
Need to make a return?
We want you to be happy with your order! If something isn’t quite right, send us a message within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
A few quick notes:
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, they are non-refundable once purchased.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can help.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return makes its way back to us, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days. After that, your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund. We know waiting is the worst, so we’ll move as quickly as our caffeine levels allow. ☕💀✨
Can I make exchanges?
Can I swap my item for something else?
Yep! Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay. Reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help you arrange an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom, personalized, and digital items can’t usually be exchanged unless we made a mistake or they arrived damaged.
